T0b1n was developed from my need to check if my calculations were correct base conversion during my introductory course in Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Pelotas.
Initially written in C ++ without a GUI, Tobin grew and gained improvements, a version in Java and now have a beta version with graphical interface for Android.
T0b1n can encode unsigned numbers, signed without floating point and binary floating point to unsigned, sign and magnitude, two's complement, IEEE 754 standard format 32-bit and 7-bit Hamming unsigned.
