The Nutrition Sector Report for 2014 a study was conducted by NCIS on Assessment of AWTCs and MLTCs in Bihar and plan to strengthen institutional capacity of the training institutes which recommends for having a Management Information System TMIS.
Training Management Information System is to strengthen institutional capacity of the training institutes and to have an eagle’s eye view of the Status of trainings conducted across all 65 AWTCs and 3 MLTCs, so as to plan, review , monitor and evaluateall type of activities like Annual TrainingCalendar and identify groups for the training; since timely and effective training of AWWs, LSs and CDPOs is very critical in successful implementation of ICDS program.
