This application allow set system timezone to "Omsk time" (Asia/Omsk).
This timezone used in West Siberia, Russian Federation: Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk and Kemerovo regions, Altai krai and Altai Republic.
Cities: Novosibirsk, Omsk, Barnaul, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, etc.
If you are outside the Siberian Federal District (Russia), then this program is useless for you.
