Tile Layout Planner is a tile calculator that actually draws the job. See every tile, every grout joint and every cut before you mix thinset, choose where the layout starts, and avoid thin edge slivers at the far wall. Count tiles and boxes, get a cut list, and quote the client. Works offline, with no account and no ads.

• The real layout: every tile and cut piece drawn from your measurements and the tile's actual size, not the size printed on the box.

• Draw your room: tap the corners to draw any shape, from an L to an irregular room. Walls snap to level, plumb, 45° and neighbouring corners and show live lengths, area and perimeter. Drag a corner, tap a wall to type its length, stretch the room, square a corner to 90°, undo and redo. Free up to 12 corners.

• Choose the starting point: center a tile or a joint and compare smallest cut, number of cuts, waste and boxes side by side.

• Remove slivers: one tap finds a grid origin that kills the thin edge pieces and tells you what changed ("41 mm → 96 mm").

• The complete cut list: tap any piece for the size to cut, what comes off each side and a dimensioned drawing.
