Tic Tac Toe

Tic Tac Toe is a game for two players, O and X, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid. The player who succeeds in placing three respective marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.

Features:

- Two modes of play: Single player and Two player.

- In Single player mode, one can choose three different levels of expertise - Novice, Advanced and Expert.
