Tic Tac Toe Conquest

Two players, X and O, who take turns, drawing the borders of the boxes in a X×Y grid. The player who closes a box, will mark it with his sign and has the right to draw an extra box line. The game ends when there will be no more empty boxes on the board. The player who succeeds in placing their marks in the majority of the boxes, will be the winner.
