The Meter Project

Using this app widget, one can view weather from multiple locations on the Android home screen. One can place multiple widgets on the home screen allowing each widget to display weather information from a different location. The app updates every half hour to keep users up to date on the weather conditions whether it is warm, cold, sunny, rainy, snowy, icy, or foggy. The app also allows the user to view temperature in celsius or fahrenheit. Additionally, any distances are also shown in miles or kms. Some of the key information that the app presents are: location, current temperature, min and max temperatures, humidity, pressure, visibility, wind speed and direction.

From the settings screen, the user can type a location name or click on the auto-locate button to set as location.
