PEA Privilege Mobile Application เป็นแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับลูกค้าองค์กรและภาครัฐ ของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) เพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการสนับสนุนการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสำคัญต่างๆ ที่ช่วยในการบริหารจัดการด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถขอใช้บริการเสริมด้านระบบไฟฟ้าและสิทธิพิเศษที่คัดสรรเพื่อธุรกิจของคุณ ซึ่งแอปพลิเคชันมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่หลากหลาย ดังนี้

1.ข้อมูลการใช้ไฟฟ้าในภาพรวมของหน่วยงาน ที่แสดงในรูปแบบกราฟ โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถติดตามและเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลสำคัญต่างๆ บนแอปพลิเคชันได้

2.สำหรับหน่วยงานที่ใช้มิเตอร์อัจฉริยะ AMR/AMI สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลและปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้าแบบ Real Time ผ่านระบบ เพื่อวางแผนการใช้ไฟฟ้าในแต่ละเดือนได้สะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น

3.สามารถตรวจสอบระดับสมาชิก PEA Privilge Club และรายการสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ ในแต่ละระดับ

4.สามารถขอใช้บริการเสริมด้านระบบไฟฟ้า พร้อมรับสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ ภายใต้โครงการ PEA Privilege ได้ที่แอปฯ นี้เท่านั้น

5.สามารถตรวจสอบนัดหมาย และการแจ้งเตือนนัดหมายกิจกรรมต่างๆ จาก PEA เพื่อให้ไม่พลาดนัดหมายสำคัญของคุณ

6.สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลค่าไฟฟ้า สถานะ และประวัติการชำระเงินของคุณได้ง่ายๆ

7.สามารถแจ้งเหตุ ติดตามสถานะไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง และแผนการดับไฟ รวมถึงแนะนำติชมการให้บริการได้ผ่านช่องทางนี้

8.สำหรับลูกค้าระดับ Diamond และ Platinum สามารถติดต่อที่ปรึกษา (Exclusive Consultant) ได้ผ่านช่องทางนี้

* ลูกค้ากลุ่มธุรกิจและภาครัฐ คือ ผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าประเภทที่ 3 กิจการขนาดกลาง ประเภทที่ 4 กิจการขนาดใหญ่ ประเภทที่ 5 กิจการเฉพาะอย่าง และประเภทที่สามารถงดจ่ายไฟฟ้าได้ (Interruptible Rate)

1. Gain an overview of your electricity consumption via the graph view. Track and compare the usage history, all on this app.

2. For the AMR/AMI users, have an insight into your real-time electricity consumption to optimize the plan for future energy usage.

3. Confirm your privilege level of PEA Privilege Club and the list of perks through this application.

4. Request specialized electrical system services and enjoy many perks under the PEA Privilege program only on this app.

5. Keeping track of your appointments and notifications from PEA to keep your schedule in check.

6. Access to your electricity bills, status, and payment history.

7. Report and track electrical outages or issues. Direct news of our scheduled maintenance. Comment and give us your feedback, all within this application.

*Private and government organizations are users of the electricity tariff Schedule 3 (Medium General Service), Schedule 4 (Large General Service), Schedule 5 (Specific Business Service), and Interruptible Rate.
