DealerCRM

DealerCRM is the all-in-one mobile CRM built for automotive and RV dealership sales teams. Manage every customer, conversation, and deal from your phone — with OliviaAI, your AI assistant, helping at every step.

OliviaAI — your AI assistant

• Ask in plain language: "show customers interested in stock TEST001," "draft a follow-up text," "what's on my day?"

• Finds and updates CRM data, books appointments, and builds dashboards and reports on the fly

• Works by text or voice, right inside the app

One unified inbox

• Texts, calls, emails, and Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp threads — all in one place

• Calls route through your dealership line, so they're recorded, logged, and summarized automatically

• Reply with the same drafting and AI-assist tools you have on desktop

Everything you need on the lot

• Full customer profiles: history, vehicles of interest, owned vehicles, deals, and credit apps

• Inventory search — find any unit by stock number or VIN in seconds

• Schedule appointments and follow-ups, and never miss a be-back

• Live dashboards: performance, leads, response times, and more

• Walk-in capture: scan a driver's license or VIN to start a deal fast

Stay on top of every opportunity

• Instant push notifications for new leads, inbound texts, missed calls, and appointment reminders

• Reply to a text or claim a lead right from the notification

• Biometric unlock keeps your data secure

DealerCRM keeps the full power of the desktop CRM in your pocket — nothing dumbed down for mobile.

Note: DealerCRM requires an account provided by your dealership. It is a tool for dealership staff, not a consumer shopping app.
