TCS ClickFit is an employee engagement initiative for TCS-APAC, and is extended to family members of TCS APAC associates as well. The gamified application will engage employees in a virtual tour, by incorporating strong elements of fitness and wellness. The virtual tour feature will allow employees to experience breath taking sites from some of the prettiest locations across APAC countries.
On fitness, the app contains features like setting daily water intake goals and timely reminders, and a machine learning algorithm enabling fruit scanning to understand nutritional details of what is being consumed. A video channel bolstered with fitness-based content and a live streaming feature inviting experts in the field of fitness and wellness, will drive more employee engagement whilst promoting a culture of maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
