Instructions

Store setting

1. Select the language first.

2. Click on "Store".

3. Set the store name, Password, Working hours (can set two time sections).

4. Whether to limit the number of people per day (if no limit just leave blank).

5. Check whether to allow take number at home. (if unchecked, the customer can only take the number within 20 meters from the store)

6. Press "Settings" to enter and choose new.

7. Click Set as main operation screen (recommended mobile phone as operation main screen)

* Repeat 1~7 to set the tablet as a display screen (as a source for external larger screens)

8. Ask clients to scan the QR code to download the program and remember the "store name"

Customer client setting

1. Select the language first

2. Click on "Client"

3. Enter the "store name" and your name or nickname.

4. Press "Take a number" to have a number.

5. After that, the next screen will display the current number, Your number, Estimated time, Your current distance.

6. When you are on the next number, the phone will always notified by voice and text.

7. When the number is reached, the phone will always be notified by music.

8. When the number is passed, the screen will return to the setting.

Store operation in the main screen

1. Press "Next" --- The customer and display screen will be updated and display the current number on the screen.

2. Press "Final Call" --- The screen will read the current number and name.

3. Press "take a number" --- Help customers who can't use the mobile phone to take the number on site.(Ask client to write down the number)

4. Press "Set next day" --- Must be set before leaving work (the number 1 on the left is tomorrow, can be modified), and the estimate waiting time will be calculated automatically.

5. After the confirmation is completed, it will return to the setting. When it is the working time you had set, you can go to the management page.
