SystMe

Track habits, checklists, and budget splits — all in one app that remembers so you don’t have to re-plan.

Use SystMe for:

• Daily and weekly habit tracking

• Recurring checklists (chores, routines)

• Trip and travel packing lists

• Paycheck and budget allocation

• Event prep (sports, work trips, weekly routines)

Systemize it, don’t re-plan it

A Template is the system — a daily habit, a weekend checklist, a packing list, a paycheck budget. Set it up once with the shape that fits: a simple one-tap habit, a checklist of items, or an allocation that splits an amount across categories.

Shows up on its own, or waits for you

Scheduled templates generate automatically — a daily habit shows up every day, a weekly routine shows up on the days you pick, with a reminder at whatever time works for you. Manual templates wait for the moment you need them — tap “New Trip” the day you’re packing, or “New Paycheck” the day it lands, with an optional custom name and quick due-date picks so logging it takes seconds.

One tap for habits, one shortcut for checklists

Habit-mode templates get a one-tap complete button and a weekly progress strip right on Today. Need a checklist right now — a packing list, a shopping run? A quick-add shortcut skips the setup wizard: type a title and the items, and it’s ready to check off in one step.

Don’t start from a blank page

Browse a library of pre-built Systems across habits, routines, and budgets, or describe what you want to an AI assistant and paste its reply straight into SystMe — it’s parsed into the same editable review step as building one by hand, so you always check it before it’s saved.

See it all at a glance

A summary grid on Today shows what’s due, this week, overdue, your streak, and how many Systems are active — tap a tile to filter the list, or jump straight to Calendar or Insights.

Insights that add up

Per-System streaks, a 30-day done/skipped/missed grid, and checklist completion rates — all computed on your device. Export your full history in an AI-ready format anytime you want a deeper read on your patterns.

Nothing forgotten, no productivity lost

Complete a checklist and it auto-marks done the moment the last item is checked. Skip a day without breaking your streak — only a truly missed day resets it. History shows your streak as tally marks, or, for budget templates, how much you allocated against what came in.
