*Applications of Ver.2.0.0 are not compatible with applications of Ver.1.6.4 or earlier. When connecting with users of SYNCROOM Ver.1.6.4 or earlier, please use the Ver.1.6.4 application.

Please note that the service for versions earlier than Ver.1.6.4 is scheduled to end in March 2025.

*Once updated, it is not possible to revert to application version 1.6.4 or earlier.

The Android version of ``SYNCROOM β'' is an unsupported beta version service that Yamaha Corporation is working on as a research and development theme.

Currently, we are proceeding with verification in a limited environment, but we have not been able to sufficiently check on a wide variety of terminals and lines, and depending on the environment you are using, problems may occur or sessions may not be established.

Before use, please also check the following precautions.

*1 When using "SYNCROOM β", you will need to log in to your Yamaha Music ID.

Before registering for an account, we recommend that you check the line status of the network you will be using using the in-app ``line checker''.

*2 "Android version SYNCROOM β" is more prone to line instability than "Desktop version SYNCROOM", which greatly affects the connection within the room. Please be considerate of other users when using the service.

*3 Please note that we will not be held responsible in the event that remote ensemble performance with "SYNCROOM β" is not established after purchasing a new smartphone device or peripheral device.

For example, connecting to external devices via Bluetooth may cause delays. Additionally, USB Type-C connections may also cause delays.

*4 Please be careful about data usage when using a mobile phone line. Additionally, we do not recommend using ``4G'' or ``LTE'' as the line may become unstable.
