SYMPL.US is a system that allows you to empower your employees to do more beyond their usual scope of work, and yet, be paid for this extra effort. Management will be able to plan and assign tasks to the employees depending on where they are, on a geo-location basis. This not only allows management to actively react to incidents not planned on the ground and assign resources who are the nearest to a task that needs immediate attention, but also enable them to plan better, react to situations, and do more, with less people on the ground.
