Sudoku is an easy to learn logic-based number placement puzzle and not a math-based puzzle.

The objective is to fill a 9x9 grid of squares with digits so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3x3 sub-grids that compose the grid contains all of the digits from 1 to 9.

A little interesting point is that there are 6,670,903,752,021,072,936,960 possible Sudoku puzzles. So we can play umpteen Sudokus a day and there will still be new ones.
