StrengthSheet is a tool for coaches to manage their clients and build strength programs. The StrengthSheet client tracking app provides a way for clients to interact with their coach. A client gets their own diary where they can see the workouts that their coach has planned for them. As the client, you can add notes, videos, or extra exercises to your diary that provides your coach with valuable information for future programming. You can also communicate directly with your coach via direct messages.
