step

step is an interactive step competition for 3rd and 4th graders.

The aim is to implement a unique motivational platform that will get children moving again. step is based directly on the spirit of the times and the living environment of the younger generation and uses digital media for motivating incentives to encourage children to be more physically active. The low-threshold competitive character strengthens the team spirit in the class.

To introduce the project, the children receive free fitness wristbands. The fitness bracelets measure physical activity in the form of steps taken, which are read out in a simplified way with the step app. The collected steps are compiled on this in a virtual "class step account".

All participating classes compete against each other in a step competition.

On the website, the children have access to regular exercise challenges as well as playful exercise incentives and information on raising awareness of healthy eating.
