As a young and upcoming buisnessmen he started the buisness as small with little knowledge on the industry and initially started as ashok leyland vehicle repairing workshop. In the year 2009 December he attended training programe conducted by WABCO India Ltd ( earlier known as WABCO- TVS India Ltd ) and started authorised service centre in august 2010. He had a gradual progress in his work with sincerity, hardwork and workmanship.

Also fit all types of retrofitment kit of wabco india ltd. They offer pick and door delivery of products. Srinidhi Motor Works is fitting abs kits for heavy commercial vehicles from last 7 years. In the year 2016-17 they have succesfully fitted 50 units of tebs ( trailer electronic braking system ) kits for totalgaz trailers in Mangalore.
