SquatsTok: Squats Block Timer

SquatsTok is an independent digital wellbeing app. It is not affiliated with TikTok or any other social media platform.

Spend less time scrolling and add more movement to your day. SquatsTok lets you choose one distracting app and set a daily time allowance. When that time runs out, the app is limited until you complete a short squat challenge. Finish the squats and a fresh allowance begins.

• Choose one app you want to use more intentionally

• Set its daily time allowance

• Let SquatsTok count foreground use on your device

• Complete your chosen number of squats when the limit is reached

• Unlock the app and start a fresh allowance

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Squat counting runs on your device. Camera frames and body landmarks are not uploaded or saved. Your selected app and usage total stay on your device.

On Android, SquatsTok asks you to explicitly enable an Accessibility service. It reads only the package name of the app currently in the foreground so it can count usage and display the local limit screen. It cannot retrieve screen content and does not read messages, passwords, typed text, or actions.

SquatsTok is a general wellness and digital wellbeing tool, not a medical device or an unbreakable parental control. Choose a repetition count and clear space that are appropriate for you.
