▮About ROT13 encryption

l ROT-13 Cipher is a particular type of Caesar Cipher, in which the letter offset is 13 positions. It is important because the alphabet (English, without the ñ) has 26 letters, so by shifting 13 twice, we return to the starting position. For example, the letter A, when encrypted using ROT-13, becomes N and, if we encrypt N, it becomes A. That is, to decrypt a text you have to do the same as to encrypt it.
