This is an application of Brahma Kumaris to give back to people the possibility to meditate with their mobile devices, read books, learn of the activities at headquarters and Brahma Kumaris centers. All activities carried out by the Brahma Kumaris are free admission. Brahma Kumaris encourages personal growth of people using meditation as a method of quieting thoughts, raise consciousness. Through meditation people learn to relax, to think more calmly, to manage their emotions and focus on your purposes.
