SmartLink METEDA

SMARTLINK is the messaging app specially designed and built for the exchange of documents

clinical interest between patient and doctor.

It is an effective device in supporting continuity of care ensuring immediate

remote interaction between doctor and patient.

It is characterized by an asynchronous messaging service able to convey the sending and exchange of

text messages and files directly to and from the MètaClinic computerized medical record.

The chat function is in fact integrated directly with the patient's file, for this reason i

its contents remain "in the records" recorded in the archive precisely to ensure the best clinical decision e

confidentiality criteria.

SMARTLINK has been designed to express maximum customization flexibility for the user.

For the doctor, in fact, access takes place directly in the outpatient / hospital setting through

activation of the SMARTLINK module in the MètaClinic folder.

For the patient, however, the connection to the service takes place through the SMARTLINK app (available for

Android and iOS)

With SMARTLINK, technology supports continuity and quality of care: the doctor can send to the patient

the report that is produced at the end of each visit in encrypted form by password e

directly through the chat.

End-to-end conversations guarantee data security and protection.

It is possible to transmit attachments by means of quick sending implemented in the text message editor or even

from the print modules of the folder application.

SMARTLINK is a device conceived according to the by design / default criteria in compliance with the GDPR on the subject

of privacy and compliance with the highest security standards.

For the effective operation and activation of resources, the collection of consent for the use of each is required

single service by the patient.
