Smart Operator

TimeTec Parking Smart Operator puts every gate, lane and vehicle record of your car parks in the attendant's hand. Built for parking attendants, supervisors and site operators who run one site or many, it connects to TimeTec Parking so what you see on the phone is what is happening at the gate.

Key Features:

- One dashboard for all your sites, or just the ones you pick, with each site's entry gates, exit gates and devices a tap away

- Unlock a barrier from the phone, with a confirmation step before the gate opens

- Record a manual entry or exit at any gate: find the parked car by plate, add the card, time and reason, then save, or save and unlock the gate in one step

- Live device health for LPR cameras, LED displays, card readers and barrier gates; a site with a device offline or in error is marked in red

- Vehicle records for every entry and exit, with the plate, lane, time and capture photo, searchable by plate or card number

- Correct a misread plate on the spot from the record

- Event alerts for offline devices, barrier faults, plate mismatches, tailgating and card read failures

- Audit Trail of every operation — barrier openings, manual entries and exits, plate corrections — and abnormal passes, by date and site

- English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese, with light and dark themes

Built for parking teams who need to keep traffic moving: fewer walks to the control room, a clear record of every manual action, and faults seen before the queue builds up.
