SLKK connect

The SLKK connect app allows the insured health insurance SLKK and SLKK insurance, bills to photograph quickly and easily via mobile phone or tablet and send.

Registration

1. Register in the app by specifying the e-mail address, password, address, date of birth and social security number.

2. You will receive an e-mail, the receipt confirm by clicking on the information contained in the e-mail link.

3. You will receive a letter with the privacy policy, which you targeting us return.

4. Once the sighted contract has been received, you will receive more information on the activation of SLKK connect App.

use

1. Photograph the bill with the camera of your smartphone or tablet. Please note: The invoice your insurance number, first name, name should be legible with address.

2. Send us the bill photographed. Please keep the original receipt until you receive the service billing of us sent.
