Slide Clicker

Turn your Android phone into a Bluetooth remote for your presentation.

Slide Clicker connects to a compatible computer or tablet as a Bluetooth keyboard. Move through your slides from your phone without installing a companion app on the host or joining a Wi-Fi network.

FOUR SIMPLE CONTROLS

• Previous and next slide: send the left and right arrow keys.

• Black screen: send B to toggle a blank screen in supported presentation apps.

• Start: send F5 to start a slideshow where supported.

• Exit: long-press Start / Esc to send Escape.

• Optional: use your phone's volume buttons for next and previous slide while the app is open.

PAIR ONCE, CONNECT WHEN YOU NEED IT

Use Pair new device to make your phone discoverable for two minutes, then pair from your host's Bluetooth settings. For later presentations, tap Start and connect from the paired host. Built-in guides explain setup for Mac, Windows and iPhone/iPad hosts.

YOU CONTROL THE SESSION

Stop the connection from the app or its notification. Choose whether to keep your phone's screen awake while the connected remote is visible. Connected sessions have no inactivity timeout; disconnected sessions stop after two minutes.

NO ACCOUNT OR COMPANION APP

No sign-up, ads or analytics. The app sends keyboard commands over Bluetooth and does not need internet access for remote control.

COMPATIBILITY

Requires Android 9 or later, a phone that supports the Bluetooth HID Device profile, and a host that accepts Bluetooth keyboards. Keyboard shortcuts vary by presentation app and operating system. Keep the presentation window in focus, and start the slideshow on the host if F5 is not supported.

Slide Clicker controls keyboard shortcuts. It does not display your slide deck, mirror your screen or provide a laser pointer. Touchscreen controls require the phone's screen to be on.
