Skiplino Agent is the latest addition to the Skiplino suite of products that complement the Skiplino Queue Management System Skiplino QMS.

If you are assigned as an Agent you will be able to do everything like calling on customers and transferring them to the correct queue right from your mobile without the need of accessing the web platform.

This solution gives agents the ability to move inside the branch if they have to, and guarantee mobile connectivity if the internet connection is lost in the branch.
