This application will be used by the employees and managers to manage view and approve the routine transaction.
Users are equipped to automate and simplify the attendance management and leave management processes.
OPPO Connect application integrates the data and services on SAP platform in a user friendly manner to facilitate the completion of daily activities related to attendance management, leave management, training and online test.
FOR OPPO EMPLOYEES:
Clock: Punch in and out using GPS by selecting appropriate stores. Apply Onduty and view onduty histories.
Leave: Apply leave, view remaining leave balance and let your manager know when you are, and are not available to work, avoiding schedule conflicts.
Training: Choose your training module, download and train yourself to develop your proficiency level and to know more about oppo updates
Online Test: Oppo employees need to attend test based on their training. Training results will be mailed to their specific email.
FOR MANAGERS:
Attendance Approval: To approve/reject employees punched attendance and onduty daily.
Leave Approval: To approve/reject employees applied leave with two modes approval/rejection and recommend/non recommend mode with remarks.
