Sid's Gym

Sid’s Gym is a community gym, focused on helping our customers, members and clients be happier, healthier, faster, and stronger.

Sid’s Gym features the first-of-its-kind XPRNC treadmill, an extended virtual reality treadmill that replicates terrain from the scene in front of you (on an 85” plasma screen) in the treadmill’s action beneath your feet (uphill, downhill, flat), while you control the speed (faster, slower, stopping) with simple hand gestures. The XPRNC makes the running, hiking, or walking experience feel as if you were outside.

We offer group and semi-private fitness classes, personal training sessions, open gym access, and personalized fitness and wellness coaching (including sport/event specific training).

We also offer locker rooms and showers, a comfortable lounge area to meet your friends (old and new) before and after class, recovery equipment and various retail products.
