This app is designed as a simple tool to help remind you to take a few moments out of your day to check in with how you're feeling and to encourage you to reach out to a mate or family member to let them know how you're doing.
The app is the brain-child of Will McMahon (of the on-air radio duo Will & Woody), who is passionate about the importance of keeping on top of your mental health and solving the problem of how to communicate without talking.
