• ACCESS: Control the entrances and exits of your condominium through the Sense Brasal app. Receive notifications and schedule visits in a simple and secure way.

• CALLS: More agility to open your calls! Access our app and register your call simply and quickly.

• MAINTENANCE: Stay on top of when that Caixa D'Água cleaning will take place and schedule maintenance for the condominium. Managers organize themselves with the demands of the condominium. No more inconvenience and communication failures in maintenance.
