• CALLED: See a burnt out lightbulb in your block? Open the GACon app, take a photo and send it to your management right away! Register your doubts, suggestions, maintenance, complaints and requests. No more occurrence books.

• MAINTENANCE: Find out when that Water Tank cleaning will take place and schedule maintenance for the condominium. Trustees organize themselves with the demands of the condominium. No more inconvenience and communication failures in maintenance.
