Like your typical McDonalds kiosk, SelfServe is an app that turns the phone or tablet into a mobile kiosk to enable the quick-on-the-go customer of the retail business to self-process their orders. To do so, users tap to navigate and select their products of choice for which they have two options to complete the transaction: by paying on the spot using the stores own payment mobile POS processor (which we will help configure), or by generating an invoice which customers take to the business’ cashier for payment and collection of products - ultimately reducing turn-around time and retaining customers.
Either way, a series of things subsequently happen:
-Transaction alerts are sent as Email Alerts are sent to stakeholders
-Transaction alerts are sent to stakeholders on the apps own messaging system
- Inventory Reports, Kiosk Reports and Sales Reports are updated for management
# Who is the target audience?
Any retail business e.g. all businesses in a shopping mall. Restaurants too may have tablets at each table for customers to place their orders or can be held by have waiters - automating that traditional manual function of order-taking.
#How can I get the mobile payment processor?
If you have a POS in your shop, you would have had to sign up for a Merchant Account. We will work with them to integrate this into your Merchant Account.
