Sebrae Canvas

The Sebrae Canvas was developed by Sebrae to help you get your ideas off the ground and start your business!

With it, you can create projects and assemble your business model in a more simple, practical and visual way. A Canvas is nothing more than a map. It is a way to summarize and outline the key points of a particular business. The theory initially proposed by Alexander Osterwalder allows to elaborate a descriptive in an objective way to answer the questions:

• What is your business?

• For whom?

• How will you do this?

• How much?

• How much will you receive for this?

How to fill the Canvas

You must use the colored post-its to insert information in the 9 blocks of the Canvas. Know what to write in each block:

Key partners: enter in this field which are the main partnerships for your business model to materialize.

Key activities: are the activities essential for you to be able to deliver your Value Proposition? Answer that question here in this block.

Key resources: List the resources needed to enable the key activities of your business.

Value proposition: What will your company offer to the market that will really have value to customers? Reflect and fill in this block.

Relationship with the client: list how your company will be dealing with your client.

Channels: describe the sales channels for your products and services.

Market segments: which customer segments will your company focus on? Who is your audience?

Cost structure: these are the costs necessary for the proposed structure to function.

Revenue sources: are the ways to obtain revenue through value propositions.

How many post-its should I insert in each block?

There is no limit on post-its, but if the number exceeds the space, make sure you are not including more than one business model on the same map. A company can have several business models.
