This app will assist South African Airways employees in incident management, which includes users submitting issues, ideas or questions to management. The employee will have the option to be identified or remain anonymous.This system will also allow employees to complete their Organizational Health Surveys (OHS) using their mobile devices. The reports yielded from this will assist management in making business decisions and improving in areas that need improvement
