Movement Notation is a fast and easy way for logging series of movements!
We have mediums for storing all sorts of things in our daily lives. However, there is no way to log movement!
It is hard to notate a motion. Movement Notation solves this! Movement Notation allows you to create techniques and drop them into a series. By splitting the human body into 4 parts, top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right you can have a 2x2 grid that represents the human body!
Movement Notation is great for logging martial arts forms, exercise routines, and combos!
