It is hard to notate a motion. Movement Notation solves this! Movement Notation allows you to create techniques and drop them into a series. By splitting the human body into 4 parts, top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right you can have a 2x2 grid that represents the human body!
Movement Notation is great for logging martial arts forms, exercise routines, and combos!
