Roast of chicken

An easy way to make chicken roast

Heat the oil in a large pan in a large pan and set aside the onions and set aside.

Roast the marinated chicken pieces in this oil. If there is a light brown color, add oil, salt and sugar.

Once cooked, fry them with ginger-garlic and powdered pepper. Now give the roast cereal and leave the onions on hand.

Stir very carefully so that the chicken pieces do not break down and stick to the bottom of the pan.

Cover with two and a half cups of water. When the water is almost dry, rub it lightly with malai and mawa.

Give ghee.

After a while, the oil will become a jarring feeling, turn off the oven. Do not pull the bag again, the top will be cooked.

Serve the roasts on a spread plate. Spread a little mawa on top.
