Qasidah Burdah

Burdah is a qasidah containing verses about praise or prayer to the Prophet. The poem was created by Imam al Busiri from Egypt. Burma's Qashidah is always echoed by its lovers at all times. In various Islamic countries, both in Arab countries and in the "non-Arab", there are special assemblies for Burdah recitation and explanations of the verses. The ceaselessness of Muslims in all corners of the world made it an outpouring of longing for the Prophet. Burdah is not just a work. He was read because of the beauty of his words.
