Person with Disabilities Data Collection is a tool for web and mobile devices which allows you to collect data of persons with diverse disabilities in real time, with custom designed form inline with Washington Group Set of Questions.

The application is GPS enabled and will automatically locate from where the data is being collected. Simply download the application and start collecting data of persons with disabilities which will be saved onto our official portal.
