Things to do, in the right order.
Priority Zero is a clean, fast to-do list built around one idea: give every task a priority from 0 to 9, and always see the most important things first. Zero means "do this now" - hence the name.
PRIORITIES FIRST
- Every task gets a priority badge, 0 (most urgent) to 9
- Lists sort by priority by default, so the top of the list is always what matters most
- Also sort alphabetically, by created date, or by due date - per list, the app remembers your choice
A CHIRP THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST
- Pick ONE task and switch on "Chirp at me until this is done"
- The app gently chirps at an interval you choose (every 5-120 minutes), during your working hours only, until you mark it done
- Works with the app closed and the phone locked
- Choose your sound: cricket, bird, beep, singing bowl, wolf howl or dog bark
- A visual reminder flashes in the header at each chirp, and the ongoing notification names the task so it shows on your lock screen
EVERYTHING A TO-DO APP SHOULD HAVE
- Multiple lists plus a combined "All Tasks" view
- Due dates with a smart natural-language engine ("tomorrow", "fri", "3 aug")
- Instant search across your tasks
- A collapsible Done section with one-tap bulk delete
- Quick-add that keeps focus, so you can capture tasks back-to-back
- Share or export any list as CSV
- Dark mode
SYNCED EVERYWHERE
- Sign in with a free account and your lists, tasks and settings sync across all your devices
- Works offline; changes sync when you're back online
WORKING HOURS
- Set your working days and hours; the chirp respects them and stays silent outside them
Priority Zero shows a small banner advert to keep the app free.
