2026 UPDATE of the FISHING PLANS IN France App
As every year, and for the 9th consecutive year at this time, I'm launching a new update of the FISHING PLANS IN France mobile app.
How to find your fishing spot?
How to plan a fishing trip when you're going away for a few days or on vacation?
I designed this mobile app with simplicity and maximum user-friendliness in mind.
You select a region, its departments, and within each department, the rivers and lakes listed alphabetically, along with their fishing category. For each river or lake, I provide the main points of interest and, most importantly, information on fishing areas, catch-and-release zones, specific areas, accessible fishing platforms, and boat ramps.
In total, there are:
- over 2,000 catch-and-release areas,
- over 2,000 designated fishing areas,
- over 1,000 accessible fishing platforms,
- over 1,400 boat ramps
All these locations are geolocated for easy navigation via GPS.
Several options are available on your screen to view, for example, fishing areas within a 50 km radius, or even all the locations in a specific department.
So, for a very reasonable price (€4.90 for a lifetime subscription), you can enjoy your fishing adventures throughout the entire season.
