Information and services in the application will ensure your optimum reactions in unexpected and emergency situations. You will know whom to call and whom to ask for assistance – we’ll make sure you can contact relevant persons and monitor such contacts to prevent dishonest service providers from using you. You will not overpay. Before you call for assistance, you can set its terms. You will know who, when and where have provided you with assistance – service monitoring is extremely important when it comes to settling accounts with an insurance company.

We cooperate with the largest assistance service provider in Poland which is PZM "Polish Automotive Union". PZM is a member of "Astrum Assistance Alliance" together with i.e. "EuroCross International", "Roland Assistance", "SOS International", "Fidelia Assistance" and "Mobi24". Astrum is operating in 20+ countries.

- it will help you to buy appropriate spare parts for your car.
