Welcome to NDDOT's Mobile application for (motor) vehicle registration renewal - ND Renew. This app is intended for use by mobile devices to renew your vehicle registration. You will need your invoice number, or your license plate number and title number. Please note that the ND Renew app is not to be used while driving.

The application will allow users to renew their vehicle registration, and in addition, will allow a user to update their permanent address, temporary address, and email address. The mobile application will also include a push notification to alert users through their device when their vehicles are up for renewal.

New vehicles, apportioned vehicles, or trucks 55,000 pounds and greater may not be made online. Changes to the current vehicle license cannot be made online. Please contact the motor vehicle division at: 701-328-2725 for assistance.

To access your vehicle record for renewal or address change, the following is required:

• Registration or renewal card available for reference.

• Online payment using credit or debit card using Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
