IC Alert is a secondary alerting app for Indiana and Armstrong County in PA. Pages sent by the county are received at a central point, and are sent back out via text and app notifications to users based on the groups they are part of.
App is currently only functional in Indiana and Armstrong County, and the user must be part of a participating organization to use the app.

This updated version includes directions to the scene (when the address was identifiable) for the message screen. Directions can be accessed from the menu in the upper right hand corner of the message screen. In some cases the municipality of the call is not completely clear, in those cases you will be prompted to choose the proper address. Some other changes for future items are also included.
