Daoulagad Celteg is a mobile dictionary application with OCR capabilities. The inspiration came from a hand-held scanner like IRISPen or С-Pen. At the moment Daoulagad Celteg supports Breton, English, Irish, Russian, Scottish and Welsh.

Choose languages, invoke camera, aim the word, let camera focus, take picture, get translation.

Requires Internet connection. As it's a dictionary, not a translator, it translates one word at a time (lest reading pleasure be spoiled).
