Making your own earrings is an exciting thing and the styles you can create for yourself are endless! When most people think of “crafted earrings”, however, they tend to think of long dangly things with lots of beading. What if that’s not your style and you’re looking for something a little less flashy?

Marble jade earrings

in our application shows you how to create these gorgeously smooth circle earrings with a subtle marbling effect. Because you’re using clay, you can choose whether you’d like to marble two shades of the same colour together, like these ones, or get really crazy and choose different colours!

Just because you want to look pretty doesn’t been you can’t get a little industrial too! in our application combined the two by transforming a some nuts from a hardware store into a chic pair of gold stud earrings.

Shrink plastic kitty studs

This DIY project combines your love for crafting and baking; just don’t try to eat the earrings! Cut circles from a sheet of shrinking plastic and then cut a little set of eats into each circle. Once you’ve baked them, you’ll have a pair of simple felines for your lobes.

20-minute clay studs

This cute set of shaped studs in our application uses the same technique as the first earrings in this list, but without marbling different colours of clay. Instead
