Beef is meat obtained from cows that ordinary and commonly used for food consumption purposes. In each region, the use of meat varies depending on the processing method. For example outside has, rib eye and T-Bone very common in Europe and in the USA as materials for steak so that the cow is very heavily trafficked. However, as in Indonesia and in many other Asian countries meat is widely used to spicy food and bersantan like konro and rendang.
