What does it take to be a business owner in 2018 and beyond?

XLVet UK Ltd is your business and on Wednesday we will begin with our formal AGM and presentations from our membership executives. During the afternoon we will make time for member networking and sharing of ideas alongside the fun that Blackpool has to offer.

On Thursday we will hold three business workshops that all delegates will be able to attend. These will address the following questions, and using experiences from within the membership and other industry sectors, seek to provide you with useful solutions:

- How do we create, retain and lead effective, functional and happy teams?

- What is the future of data and technology in veterinary practice?

- How do we most effectively finance practice ownership for a changing generation?
