The Bodyweight program is designed for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. It will help you burn fat, increase lean muscle, build stamina, and improve mobility. It includes:

• Done in 60 minutes or less
• Options for a full set of equipment, or limited equipment

CrossTrain Pro is a functional fitness program for ELITE level athletes. Develop your strength, skill, conditioning, gymnastics, running, and swimming. It includes:
• New workout every day
• Multiple hours of training per day
• All modalities of CrossFit
• Training advise and tips from 3x CrossFit Games Champion Matt Hewett
• Nutritional information & recipes

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Open Gym is free to download. Use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Monthly subscription users are billed per month. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total yearly fee from purchase date.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
