This application is intended for any person, CMA CGM member or external to the group, invited to participate into management meetings.

The application allows to schedule meetings, to define their agenda, to invite participants and to securely share confidential documents.

Install the OnBoard Application to have access to the meetings you’re invited to participate in and to the attached confidential documents.

Participate to the meeting from your own device:

- Display the meeting agenda

- Answer to the invite to confirm your participation

- View the documents from your device, online or offline via the application briefcase

- Share documents with the other participants into the collaborative space proposed by the meeting organizer

After the meeting you will have access to the meeting minutes.
